Why an International Program on MiniPerc?

Main Objectives

Improve the surgical standards of Spanish urologists by providing advanced training in Super Mini Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (SMP). Kidney stone surgery is rapidly evolving, and EAU guidelines identify a grey zone regarding miniaturization in PCNL. While smaller tracts reduce bleeding risk, they may increase residual fragments. SMP overcomes this by combining active suction with increased irrigation inflow, enhancing efficiency through the “vacuum cleaner effect.” This program offers a unique chance to master this innovative technique bridging PCNL and flexible ureteroscopy (fURS).

Target audience

Exclusively for Spanish urologists seeking to take their Mini-PCNL skills to the next level. Ideal for surgeons committed to innovation, precision, and delivering better outcomes through minimally invasive excellence. A unique chance to learn directly from a global pioneer in endourology.

Training approach

Through an immersive academic experience, the event seeks to contribute meaningfully to the improvement of patient quality of life, while fostering direct knowledge exchange between Spanish professionals and one of the world’s foremost experts in the technique.

Program includes

Covering round-trip economy airfare between Spain and Guangzhou.
